Leathl has stopped by our forums to let us all know about his Christmas release of CustomizeMii a fully legal and complete channel creation utility for the Nintendo Wii.

Added BNS conversion (Mono and Stereo, with and without loop)

Fixed writing/reading of channel titles, so japanese characters will work now
