stev418/lavers has released AnyTitle Deleter DB MOD right here on tehskeen. AnyTitle Deleter is an application which allows you to completely delete (almost) any title on your Wii. This is useful as a space-freeing application, an informative application, and a paranoia tool. I also hope the source code will be helpful to others making tools for the Wii.

From what i gathered on the very limited info it seems it may have been due to a bug in libogc (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=118003) This is a MOD of AnyTitle Deletor DB that will work on these wiis with "juarez bug" allowing you to properly uninstall unneeded titles and get your homebrew working as normal again (without needing to do a system format). Just trying to lend a hand to others who may have had this problem, unlike poster #7 in thread.

感谢分享，这个版本修正了因libogc的一个bug导致当nand里有超过512个title这个软件就不能正常工作的问题。
