CH = Counter Hit
FC = Fatal Counter
jc = Jump Cancel
hj  = High Jump
RC = Rapid Cancel
IAD = Instant Air Dash


Curse building combos

5A > 6B > J6D
Can Start from IAD J.B.
Can do 2 5As if you wish, but might mess up the J6D at the end against certain characters. In the corner you can do this combo twice!

2A > 5B > 5D

6A > 5D > low air dash cancel J4B > 5A > 6B > J6D
Gets about 50 to 75% meter. The j4B after the 5D has to be low to the ground.

2A > 2C > RC > 5D > JA > JC > J2D
Can do up to 3 2As into the 2C. RC can be tricky on this as you have to RC it late. You can jump cancel after the JA and do J6A > JC > JD. Gets 50 to 75% meter.

3C > JD > 5A > 6B > J6D
You might be able to 5D after the JD but needs some testing. If 5D is able to connect this can lead to 100% meter. Most likely has to be a Counter HIt 3C in order for you to land 5D after the JD. Will test when I have the chance.


(CH)2B > 5D > J4B > 5A > 6B > J6D
Same as the combo above. Have to be pretty close to do 5D. If not close enough 2D should be used.

J6ABC > JA > JB > JC > JD
Good air to air combo. Gets about 30% meter.


100% curse combos

6A > 5D > 236236C > 5D > JA > JC > JD
Requires 50% heat. If the second 5D already nets you the curse, as it will most likely will you will opt for J6A > 9 > J6C > J236C6D (press C and D at the same time) Then begin loop.

JD > 5D > JA > JC > JD
Have to be low to the ground and have them close to you. Not the useful of a combo for 2 reasons.
1. JD doesn't hit low anymore
2. JD doesn't trade, so if you get mashed out you wouldn't even get some meter.

Air throw > falling JD > 5D > JA > JC > JD
Have to be some what low to the ground or they'll tech out of the JD.
If you have enough meter after the throw you can opt for 5D > J6A > 9 > J6C > 236C6D into loop.

5D CH > JD > 5D > JA > JC > JD
Counter hit 5D which isn't that hard to get especially against 5A/2A happy players. Not that easy to confirm though, so J4B > 5A > 6B > J6D would also be fine but we want that curse now, dammit!

5C FC > JD > 5D > JA > JC > JD
Fatal Counter 5C which will give you enough untechable time to land JD. I have yet to see this combo in a video.


While cursed combo starters

Before I list the combos let me explain how the 236C Loop works.
The D bug is what makes the loop work as all of you have seen in videos the D bug does several hits going down knocking the opponent down then relaunching them straight into the air

After you get the relaunch from the D bug, you will want to follow up with
J6C > J236C6D. When doing 236C you want to hold 6 and press CD. This will make the D bug come out and hit them down as you land then it'll relaunch again allowing you to continue the loop with the above mentioned method.
Always hold 6 when doing 236C.
You'll land before the D bug hits all the way down, so a back dash will be advised to keep a nice distance for the J6C after the relaunch.

J236(C) in the middle of the 236C you want to let go of C and press D. This is character specific midscreen, works perfectly on everyone in the corner. If done correctly you can J.C > 214C while D bug is hitting down.

Dive loop is also an option after the D bug launch. Dive loop (midscreen) J1A > J1CD. You want to almost kara the second dive so that the C bug will be on it's way and catch them as you hit them with the J1C dive. In the Corner instead of J1A > J1C you want to do J3A > J3C.

when doing any of these loops try to pay close attention to the opponents position so that they don't fall out of the D bug. To correct this you just need to push them into it.

3A > 3A > 6A Bug hits > 5CD > 5C Bug hits and 5D Bug hits coming Down > 5D Bug hits Up (launches) > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop

6A > 2B > 3A > 5CD > 5C Bug > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop

JC > 5C Bug > J2D > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop


JC > 5C Bug > J214C > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop


1B > 4B Bug > 6C(rekka hit 1) > 6C Bug > 5CD (rekka hit 2) > 2C (rekka hit) 3 > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop
When doing the 6C > 5C > 2C rekkas. you want to do 6C > 5CD > 2C to get the D bug to come out on time.

Dirty cross up!
3(A) >214 )A(CD > Continue loop

Dumbest thing ever! 214C fakeout which will cross them up and then return you back to where you were so they would have to block the bugs the opposite way and then return back to the way they were blocking before. It's also safe since they'll still be in block stun from the C and D bugs.
Best way to set this up is with a 3A hit or block then inputting 214CD(hit CD together) then going into the loop. This is also one of his best combo starters since you'll be starting the combo with bugs instead of a normal. This is perfect to use as a reset off 6A or 2A since they scale a ton.

Throw > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop

Air Throw > 5D Bug Down > 5D Bug Up > J6C > J236C6D. Continue loop

Air Throw > J6C > 236C6D Bug Down > D Bug Up > J6C > J236CD. Continue loop
