如果等比赛中随机出现的话几率很低，不管你是和朋友刷还是单人双手柄，下底传中的球一定是要球速很快的，然后头球的人（PS3手柄classic设置下）按住L2+连点O两下的方法，多试几次就能解。最关键的是球速，又高又慢那种球基本不可能出鱼跃解围
两个方法：第一个，两个好友互刷，调成5个后卫，对方传中，按两下解围，才能出来鱼跃冲顶，有时是大脚或者倒钩解围。第二的，调成5个后卫，从中场开球往后一点，传给门将，门将有几率鱼跃冲顶。
