Add support for all ISO 8859 character encodings and make it configurable in Language -> Settings which default character encoding to use for SRT files.

简略解释一下关心的，其他不了解
1.修复vobsub支持
2.可以使用系统字体，包括中文（是不是支持中文文件名，目录之类的？）
3.自动检测编码srt的字体
4.可以强制decoder到level 4.2
5.添加iso 8859（不知这是什么东西）编码支持，使它可以被调用，所以可以设置srt的默认编码（是不是指可以支持中文字幕了？）
没试过，不知具体情况。有用了的xd解释一下。
showtime是越来越完美了，就等ntfs支持了。 |
