We regret to tell you that we are not able receive compensation from the post office as an incomplete address has been provided (浙江省,三里亭 are missing in address). But after considering your case, we can either offer a store credit in full value of your lost order, or, if requested (and understood that we are not liable for the repeated loss of the resend) we can resend the item.
