中文意思如下：

我们的信息都再截止日期之前给你们，如果你们发现有问题也应该在截止日期之前通知我们，这是你们首先没做到的。其次，为什么是截止日期的后24小时通知我们有一些问题发生。我们要求你们必须承担所有损失。.
