Q:我这样这样会被BAN吗？
只要你违反了用户协议，包括但不限于使用自制程序，玩散装光盘游戏，都有可能被BAN（除非你从来没有让PS3发回过数据，这个PS3开机就发，只要网络是通的，不需要登录PSN）。新协议更进一步，SONY可以主动来查证
如果要防止发送回去：
1.修改DNS成无效的DNS
2.修改代理成无效的代理
3.在路由器上过过滤掉*.playstation.net

大家知道之前的分析貌似SONY有非法搜集用户信息的嫌疑
现在新的用户协议，明确指出了SONY可以监视用户并收集他们感兴趣的任何用户信息并分享给合作商，包括但不限于
你所玩的游戏，时间，地点，IP，等等
同事禁止使用一切未经SONY授权的周边，包括但不限于键盘/耳麦等等

0. 用D的不建议连PSN
1. 怕被BAN的话可以拔掉网线并设置PS3使用有线连接
不拔网线的话设置DNS为全0
对于上PSN的：
2. 你开PS3前应该开启SSL代理先
3. 341+狗/341HermesCFW相对355自制痕迹明显得多，建议升级355K
目前没有看到明确的因为使用自制系统上PSN而被BAN的
倒是有不少人收到了立即删除任何破解设备/软件/游戏的警告信否者有可能被永久BAN机的警告信
看来SONY尝试挡住电子狗、破解、破解机上PSN的多次尝试全部宣告失败，也只好警告玩家并作出BAN机动作
现在从正当然没人BAN你，不过你要删除全部相关东西

一個月內不能登入PSN的
Error Code: 8002a227 - 30 day ban from Sony Playstation Security Department. The last 3digits state the offence in question (227). So you have been banned for Extreme/Racial/Derogatory Language whilst using the PSN.
不过用黑卡或者在线上骂人也会是这个BAN法
psx-scene的boyadha有收到8002a227，无法登陆，无法注册新用户
目前被BAN的都是1个月
警告信说是BAN永久
要BAN的话是BAN机子ID，换账号无用当然
不确定是否BAN IP

至今3.55没上过PSN....
