MEGUI轉換PSV用MP4時X264的設置問題，無法播放

我轉換視頻想在PSV上觀看時，PSV端能查看視頻信息，但是無法播放。
官方這樣說：
    MPEG-4 Simple Profile Level6 最大1280ｘ720ピクセル、AAC
    H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Baseline/Main/High Profile Level4.0 最大1080p、AAC


但爬了很多帖子，還是不得其解，希望了解的同學幫一下。

作為測試的視頻文件是，8MB，無法在PSV上觀看：

如果你用我给的megui配置psv预设编码出的也不行
那么就是***设置问题，具体megui教程里有说明
