人在中国原因，在amazon买了个corsair one pro ti寄到中国 说九月发货 买了之后立即涨价 明明有货 却要九月发 于是去找客户理论 中文不好请谅解
Initial Question: I placed an order of a Corsair One desktop before its sudden price surge (ORDER # 113-5691271-7069853). It said it'd usually ship within 1-2 months. The estimated time of delivery says: Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - Monday, October 9, 2017.
However, I checked the product page earlier and there seemed to be 19 units in stock. So I tried to place the same order, having the same product shipped to the same location with the exactly identical delivery option, the estimated time of delivery, to my surprise, said Aug 21-25.
Now, I'm not sure whether there's a delay in the system or simply Amazon not honoring orders placed before increase of price or not treating them as equally important, albeit technically an order placed earlier than the any one after the price being raised up. If the latter is true, this is the shadiest thing I've had doing business of Amazon.

06:17 PM PDT Chris: Unfortunately the website is not able to take into consideration quite a few factors that involve overseas shipping. I routinely see it underestimate how long an order will take to arrive. It is even starting to happen with orders shipped inside the US. I suspect that if you placed a new order, the email confirmation would reflect a different date.
06:18 PM PDT MawkishTREX: I understand that, but should an order placed earlier suggest an earlier date of arrival? If it's the same product, I wonder what could be the other factors that give a newer order an earlier date.

We do not base shipping times on the amount the customer paid for the item. Unfortunately we do need to go buy the date provided at checkout and confirmation email. If by chance we have an earlier time frame we will send out an email notification.
I am sorry but there is no way to edit the delivery date at this time.

06:45 PM PDT Brenda: I'm sorry but to keep the price you currently paid, the order would need to stay the way it is.
06:47 PM PDT MawkishTREX: The thing I don't understand is, since there are new units in stock, why doesn't Amazon use them to fulfill orders already placed but instead hold them off so new customers can place orders (at an inflated price?).
06:50 PM PDT Brenda: The item does say "in stock" but that does not mean the item is within our warehouse. We're unable to carrier everything. Some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately with your order the earliest we can deliver it to you would be Sept 12 and the latest would be October 9. We wouldn't have an additional information outside of that right now.
