这是客户的问题:
- What about the zone of the PS3 (zone A) and for the PS2(zone 1-4)? America's compatible?

我不明白, 所以问客户, 客户解释如下:

About the zone of the consoles it has to do mainly with the zone of the dvd player of the PS2 and the Blu-Ray player of the PS3.

Let me explain myself a little bit better:

PS2
In Chile and in South America the zone for the dvd movies its zone 4. As far as I know, the games don't have zones.

PS3
Again, in Chile, just like in the USA, its zone A, these is for the movies in Blu-Ray format. Games, again, are region free.

Did I explain myself a little bit clearer this time?

About the PS3, I know that there are no PS4 yet, what I meant its that they about to release a new version of the PS3 called Slim, cause it is smaller than the original PS3, and it also has a bigger hard drive (120 gb against the 80gb of the oldest one) That's all!

in Chile, just like in the USA, its zone A,不就对应的是1区，北美，中南美么。依此类推。PS2没有过不懂

ps3的 分区 是不是A区，ps2是1-4区？ 美洲出的碟片是不是兼容

ps2的游戏分区 一个区的游戏只能在对应的主机上玩 比如pal区对应欧洲游戏 ntsc-j对应日版游戏
ps3游戏不分区 不同版本制式的游戏都可以在任何版本的ps3上玩

非常感谢楼上三位朋友的详细回复, 这样说的话, PS2的分区在智利属于第四区, PS3是属于A区,也就是第一区, 没错吧?

小女子从来没有玩过这样的游戏, 呵呵, 只玩过QQ游戏, 所以对这个根本就一点都不懂, 谢谢各位了.
