Offline Achievements
Aerial Threat 10G*
Score a header with a player with the Aerial Threat Speciality.
Check the player’s traits screen for an appropriate player or equip your pro with the trait and score a header.
All My Own Work 10G*
Win a Match with Manual Controls (auto-switching must be set to 'Manual').
Go to My FIFA 11>Settings and Profile>Game Settings>Controller Settings and turn all settings to manual and the auto switching all the way down.
Always Friendly 10G*
Cross for a Friend to score.
The easiest way to do this is to get a friend to use a second controller, set up an exhibition match, and both move your controller to the same side. Once it starts, you win the ball and run down the wing. When necessary, cross the ball in to your friend and get him to score. If it doesn't work, just keep trying until your friend manages to score.

Become a Legend as a player in Career Mode.
Win the league in your first full season as a captain, do well in your position eg score goals/save shots and achieve high match ratings and it should be easy,

Include a Creation Centre Team in a Kick-Off match.

Click the “back” button in the arena and select practice mode.

Play 500 matches with your Virtual Pro
Can be done in any game mode. Easiest done with 4 min half’s offline.
Warming the Gloves 10G
Make 10 saves in 1 Arena kick-about.
Click the “back” button and go to select sides and change to defence. If you’re having problems change the diffi***y to amateur and turn the settings to fully assisted. Also you can change the outfield play to a league 2 defender.
Woodwork & In! 10G*
Score off the post or cross bar in a match.
This achievement is pretty much down to luck, but happens quite often. All you need to do is have your shot hit the crossbar or either post and then go into the net.
Good Week! 15G
Get yourself selected in the Team of the Week in Career Mode.

Great Month! 25G
Win the Manager of the Month award in Career Mode.
Just win all your games every month and you’ll eventually get it.
Pro Club Picture Perfect 5G
Upload a Screenshot to EA SPORTS™ Football World.
When you start any match (apart from Xbox live games), just play for a few seconds, and then pause the game by pressing “start”. Go to "Instant Replay", and press “RS” to take a screenshot. Once it has uploaded, achievement unlocked.
Eat My Goal 5G
Upload a Video to EA SPORTS™ Football World.
Just upload a replay to EA Sports FW. To do this, simply go to the pause menu during a game by pressing “start” and go down to Instant Replay, then select “Y” to upload the video.
Online Achievements
Against the Odds 10G
Win a Head to Head Ranked Match using a weaker team.
Simple, go into an XBL head to head ranked match, but do not select a team straight away. Wait until your opponent selects which team he wants to be, if it is a 5 star rated team, then when choosing your team, make sure they are rated 4 and ?stars or less. Proceed to play, and if you win the match the achievement is yours.
Club Glory 25G
Win the Cup as part of an online Pro Club.
I’ll update this once the game comes out.
Good Form 20G
Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked Matches without losing.
This can be challenging for those less skilled players, but basically all you have to do is play 5 XBL head to head ranked games in a row, WITHOUT losing. Therefore, you can still get the achievement if you draw, as well as win. After the 5th game that you haven't lost the achievement should pop up. Don’t risk extra time click “end as draw” when you draw a game.
Hundred & Counting 100G
Play 100 Head to Head Ranked Matches
You just have to play them, not win, so win, lose or draw they all count!
In for the Win 10G
Take a Head to Head Ranked Match to extra time with a weaker team.
Self-explanatory, you just have to take a ranked head to head match to extra team using a weaker team than your opponent. Before the game, when selecting teams, obviously make sure you choose a team rated less stars than your opponent. Not really much help I can give you on this one, just play well, and if you're drawing and it’s the final few minutes, just casually play the ball around in your defence, making sure you don’t lose it.*NOTE* - If you go on to win the game in extra time, you will also unlock the “Against the Odds”.

Play 50 matches for the same online.
Nothing I can help you with here just don’t leave and re-join a club as I don’t think it’ll count. Also you don’t have to win, so no matter the result, they all count.

Play a Practice Match with your online Pro.
Just play one practice match, win, lose or draw, you’ll get the achievement.
Club Virtual Debut 25G
Play an online Pro Club or Pro Ranked match with your Virtual Pro.
Just play one online match with your pro, win, lose or draw, you’ll get the achievement.
Virtual Football 25G
Play a Pro Clubs match as a team of 10 or more.
Join and leave loads of online team play lobbies and message all your recent players to get them to do it with you, rinse and repeat until you’ve 11 players.
First Time Out 10G
Win an online Friends League match.
Create a private league, invite your friend in, set up a game and have him let you win.
Experimental 15G
Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked Matches with different teams.
Just play 5 consecutive online matches with 5 different clubs, win, lose or draw, you’ll get the achievement.
Secret Achievements
