关于美服5.99美元的一个问题，求帮忙

我已经登录了 自己美服的帐号 出现 下面 2个选项

刚开始  1 这里就已经打勾了   而2 这里没有   
我就默认   然后 点击
最下面的 submit     可以 没有看到 如 很多朋友 一样 出现的   thanks for sign up等等的 字样  求帮忙 ，  是不是 2这里也打勾？  谢谢
