Think RS2 will beat gears 2 in sales,gameplay and graphics

I was curious if anyone thinks it will beat gears 2 in sales, gameplay or graphics? And for those who have the game is the gameplay and graphics really good do you think the graphics look better then gears 2 or is there no improvement in the graphics department in resistance fall of man 2 from the first one?

tps vs. fps = fail

it won't beat gears 2 in sales (more people have 360s that ps3s, and gears is known more than resistance), and gameplay wise is totally based on preference. but graphically, i think that they come very close.
