If the player has collected seven of the eight hidden stars in the game, two of the switches on Tim's side will be immune to time. This allows Tim to catch up to the point that, at the very end of the level where the princess tries to drop a chandelier on him, Tim can jump onto the chandelier as it falls (in reversed time, thus moving upwards) and meet with the princess. If he does so, as he nears the princess there is a violent explosion which whites out the entire screen. Once the level resumes, the princess and knight are gone and the entire map is silent. When the player returns to the front page, an image of the princess in chains appears in the night sky.
