自制程序山寨厂商来临!

前几日,marcan发表了一篇名为<<Wii homebrew for sale (Copyright? What’s that?)>>的blog,大意就是几个网站公开销售自制程序,而hbc或tp hack等等并没有采用gpl,gfdl条约,最后要通过DMCA(即数字千年版权法案， Digital Millenium Copyright Act用于处理使用电子手段 特别是在 Internet 上侵害版权的行为)干掉这几个网站.
今天一上wiibrew,发现首页就来了三行加大加色的大字:
Notice: Sites like HomebreWare, HomebrewInstaller, and WiiUnlocker are trying to trick you into buying a guide and software made from freely available applications. Don&#39;t get scammed! Almost everything they sell is freely and legally available here.
These sites are illegally redistributing homebrew applications and documentation against the terms of their license, in violation of international copyright law. More information can be found at the HackMii blog post.
看来这两个网站真是一唱一和,wii破解也越来越热闹了,连山寨厂商都来了......

跟着看了一下那片blog的回帖,homebreware的所有人登场,宣称他的网站卖的是pdf指南,不是软件,marcan强烈要求去掉版权保护,增加源文章链接等等,后来homebreware整改两日重新粉墨登场,开始销售视频,不过为什么知道今天wiibrew才登出那个提示?
