支持，cover flow的usb loader终于实现了

now here's what it's able to do:
- load and run games (pal on pal/ntsc on pal) without any glitch/color issue.

在欧版或者美版主机上运行欧版游戏，不会颜色或者尺寸出现冲突
金手指支持
自动从网络下载错过的封面，修复之前的bug
当按Home键时，增加选项可以返回hbc或者系统菜单
可以进行设置保存（switched all paths (for your images cdreams ^^) into the extern config file）
增加硬盘30秒延迟，用来检测识别比较慢的硬盘
提升wbfs兼容性
按B键会显示设置图片
按1键会针对每个游戏设置保存
可以针对游戏强迫使用欧版美版日版或者自动视频模式
强迫语言设置也可以。
- the code for adding/removing games is here, the button detection was just commented by AB (so it would be easy to restore it back for an adult/childproof version through an option in the config file like)
修复许多bug
