[ DESCRIPTION ]:
- This is a Custom IOS, an IOS modified to add some new features
not available in the official IOS.

This IOS has been made to be used ONLY with homebrew software.

The Custom IOS installs as IOS249 and it does not modify any other
IOS so it is secure to install.(此cIOS安装为IOS249并且不会修改其他的IOS所以安装应该很安全)

[ REQUISITES ]:
- "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" original WAD file (for WAD installation).
- Network connection (for Network installation).

[ HOW TO INSTALL IT ]:
WAD Installation:(WAD安装)
- Copy "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" file to the root of a SD card.(复制"IOS38-64-v3610.wad"至SD卡根目录)
- Insert the SD card on your Wii.(插入SD卡)
- Run the installer and select "WAD Installation".(运行程序并选择"WAD Installation")

Network Installation:
- Run the installer and select "Network Installation".

- WiiGator, for his work in the DIP plugin.

[ CIOS38 rev 12 ]:
- Based on IOS 38 v3610.(基于IOS 38 v3610)
- Support for consoles with serial number LU64+(支持序列号LU64及以上的机器)

- Cover check patch added.
- EHCI module improved (thanks to Hermes).
- SDHC module improved.
- DIP plugin improved.
- ES plugin added.
- FFS plugin added.

Also to anyone having hard drive issues.If your hard drive is the kind that is powered through usb and has 2 usb plugs you have to make sure that the data/power plug goes in the right hand usb port and the power plug goes into the the left hand side usb port.Its that way if your looking at the usb ports from the back of the wii not the front.

I tried it both ways and switching them the other way the loader will not detect the hard drive at all.

这个版本建议更新;
同时以前的IOS249是以IOS36为基础,现在改为了IOS38,为什么这样紫呢?

没错！Rev10时正好相反！我安装r12后没有更换插头位置，USBLoader找不到硬盘，换位置后就都好了。
PS，其实更明确的说法是平放wii时数据线插在下方的USB口，电源线插在上方的USB口。
