[分享]MS的服务就这么混乱么，明显耍我玩么，过几天投诉客服去

两年前买的日版360已经三红一年多了，因为手上一共有3台360且学习比较忙一直没丢给MS修，上个月看了下马上就要过保修期了，急忙上微软那***站填资料报修，因为我以前有报修过的记录，填新的主机号码改下新地址就可以了，一开始一切顺利，一星期后MS打电话来说我主机序列号是混乱的，我新请求的Service Request Number和我早前报修的那一台的序列号成一套的了，MS遗失了我现在报修这台的序列号，要我提供给他，不然他无法确定这机器的归属，会被怀疑来历不明，无法寄出，TMD谁记得这东西啊，上MS网站上去看，根本查不到，今天交涉下来，说让我提供上一台机器返修后邮寄的地址，我就日了，近3年前的事情谁记得啊，我都搬了两次家了，鬼记得我那时是寄到自己家还是打工的地方或是姐姐家的。
今天去翻邮箱，找到了以前买这机器的时候PLAY-ASIA发给我的***，还好GMAIL的邮箱超大我没删邮件的习惯，准备明天传真给MS，哪知道郁闷的事出现了 看到MS刚给我发的邮件告诉我机器已经修好且寄出。。。。。。。。。。我都无语了，这售后系统怎么这么混乱，耍我玩是吧，TMD我前段时间是期末啊，是最忙的时候，现在去查UPS的网站，MS给的UPS的Carrier Tracking Number还查不出来，可能要明天，机器拿回来后就狠狠投诉MS客服

能换到就不错了。大陆的没有这个福气，哪怕你买的都是Z 版也无用。还不是拿去香港换，还更加麻烦。大陆没得换。

我这是被气的，我找那序列号，包括打电话等，起码花了我10个小时，MS那电话接线时间又长............

现在换机太麻烦还要自己寄，以前都是ms派人上门来取，修好了再送回来，所以干脆买了台新的= =
