this is my detailed feedback on what i thought about fifa 10....

likes
1. 360 dribbling - this is a great and major addition to fifa 10, and with pro evo 2010 not enabling 360 users to have this feature because of controller constraints then ea may lead in the 360 market, as well as overall markets in my opinion. it easy much easier to control the ball and at different speeds whereas 8 way made it more diffi*** to beat defenders

2. passing - the passing is much more crisp and controlled, and with the 360 dribbling its much easier to pull off a 1-2 combination or put together a string of passes

3. defensive line - the defensive line i much lower than previous games which makes for fair game play and going clear on goal too frequently which was part of the unrealism of fifa 09 because no team goes clear on goal 5 times a game at the most.

4. goalkeeping - the goalkeeping is spot on, when i played with chelsea petr cech pulled off an amazing triple save which wasnt possible on 09, the one on one was also more realistic, i got the keeper sent off when i rounded him and caught my foot.

5. one v one dribbling - the dribbling was also spot on, dribbling in the ball with messi and beating ashley cole was great - it was so realistic and it was easy to beat 3 - 4 players then scoring with him, which he has done before... very impressive

6. shooting - the shooting has improved alot and is easier to score long distance goals because on fifa 09 is near impossible, but i scored a 35 yarder with del piero - left foot too  

7. switching of play - switching play was much faster, instead of lofting the ball the ball is drilled which prevents the cpu from intercepting or trapping easier.

8. atmosphere - its back.... the embarrasment of the opposition team when your 3 goals up making the crowd cheer at every pass, thats what football is all about and im glad it is back!

9. other - the players are better sized and the pitch doesnt look as spaceous as iit did on 09 because all the players were ants because of the giant pitch.. the real time play is also good but doesnt happen as often, maybe its because of the diffi***y but taking a quick free quick makes the game flow better.

dislikes
1. the demo was quite easy but i noticed that it was only on world class diffi***y and i play legendary, but i hope its alot more diffi*** because i dont want to win every game of manager mode.

2. the graphics were a bit eery but maybe its because its just a demo  

3. no new celebrations?

4. maybe expirment with different weather conditions?

if the demo is amazing then the game will be.. goood work with it

Likes:
1) Slower gameplay, not ridiculously fast like 09
2) Good throw ins possible
3)FK's seem good (although i have only had i direct FK, but it did hit the post)
4) Better stamina
5) Dribbling much better
6) More opportunities to chip the keeper
7) AI fail at headers (never seen them get one on target yet )
Long shooting feels better
9) Advantage rule finally seems to be working properly

Dislikes:
1) Very hard to get headers on target
2) View when defending a FK is annoying (why cant we have the same view we had on 09?)
3)Squad names/game time too small
4) Why cant formation selection be in the same bit as squads? Same for assigning captaincy
5) Shots hit the woodwork more often than on 09 (and EA said they would hit the woodwork less )
6) AI still uber good at FK's
7) AI rarely foul
Refs still biased towards the AI
9) Penalty shoot outs seemed very slow, both keeper movement and shots
10) Several times i have gone to clear the ball, and the player instead randomly tries (and fails) at a diving header, when i wanted a volley
11) Some passing still failsbig time

Final Thoughts:

The gameplay seemed very good, but there were still some aspects that made it annoying at times.
Looks much better than 09, but they need to fix heading, as players seem to try to head the ball up in front of goal, instead of low (so they go for clearing style headers when trying to score)

Likes:
1)The gameplay is overall improved from FIFA09. I Like the 360 dribble!

Dislikes:
1)Graphics looks worse than FIFA09 IMO.

Final thought is,
if the graphics really are improved in the retail version, I would definitely buy it, but I'll need to rent it first to check out the graphics first.

My impressions thus far.

Positives:
+ Response time is AMAZING! Much better than 08 or 09 where you hit X or A for a pass and you'd have to wait a second for it to happen. This is what I have been waiting for and makes 09 for me unplayable! Very happy with this aspect.

+Player feel. Messi feels more like 'Messi' rather than before where players would not feel any different than others.

+Quick replay after foul. All I need to say is about time!

+ Not hitting the posts as much as 09. Much better shooting mechanics. Actually CAN score screamers.

+ Aggressiveness of the keepers.

+ 360 dribbling is sweet. I do like this additional.

+ Crosses don't float like before and as a result headers are much more efficient.

Negatives:
- No graphics overhaul that I can see.

- The Freakin' Game is Still Too FAST!!! I thought they slowed it down. Previewers were saying that it was in-between 08 and 09, but it's not at all. For me, it feels much faster than 09! This is ridiculous as everyone flies up and down the pitch like guys hooked on meth. There is not much build-up play, rather the game becomes a counter attacking speed fest. I thought 10 was not supposed to be only about pace, but it seems no different that 09. Not happy at all with this.

- Keepers can be TOO aggressive. I have been caught many times already because the keeper rushes too often.

- Throughballs still too effective. This is what made multiplayer not as fun as it could be.

- Feels like 09 2.0 rather than a new year. But hey, not a lot needed to really change like in PES.

Conclusion:
So far I am happy, but still a little disappointed. Some things I wanted refined were while others were just ignored. I am still going to purchase the game when it arrives here in the states, but wish and hope these negatives are addressed before it goes retail. Anyway, looking forward to playing some more when I have the time. God bless.

I wrote already, just couple more things. So

I liked:

Actually the whole gameplay is just perfect....Its a really nice surprise. All annoying 08-09 player movement problems fixed...WOW...Great job! The full 09 game was better last year, than the 09 demo...So I hope the 10 will surprise us  

Didnt like:

1.The goalkeeper comes out too many times...Easy to score lobbed goals....
2.The pitch is ok, the players ok, the gameplay ok, movements ok, SO DEAR EA, PLEASE START LOOKING AFTER THE CROWD, STADIUMS, IN-GAME VIDEOS, ETC...Because thoose needs to look much much much better!
3.Somebody mentioned already, not a big thing, but not good..:When a player runs into the net, the net remains solid and the player still keeps running. It would be nice to see the net move as the player collides into it

All together, finally this fifa is just perfect to play. Gamespeed, movements great, I think I will buy the game in october. I hope the full game will have some nice surprises.....Just please in fifa 11 make the crowd, stadiums, etc look better.....pls....We will have fun with FIFA 10  Let's FIFA!!!!!!! (PES sux :P)

Positives :

-Passing is better, i like the fact that passing doesn't always go to the right player even on assisted. This is realistic.

- The D Pad is very responsive, it was unusable on fifa 09.

- Tackling with X is much improved, you now have to time your tackle with the X button whereas before just holding it down did the trick.

-the magnetic feeling which has always been with fifa when in control of the ball is slowly starting to dissappear, it's starting to feel fluid like the good ole days of pro evo.

Negatives:

-Graphics look exactly the same, the lighting doesn't look realistic at all, still looks cartoony.

- "Normal" speed is a tad too quick.

-Crossing is more or less the same as fifa 09, i wish you copy pro evo's crossing which is pretty much perfect.

Need to play more before i judge start judging shooting.

FIFA 10 DEMO Xbox360

LIKES:
a) The New 360 Dribbling system with the addition of new skill moves, absolutely AMAZING!!
b) The New Shooting and ball physics. This makes taking free kicks and scoring much more real.
c) Improved Graphics
d) Did not see any generic boots, all were player wore branded boots
e) Passing and ball shielding has improved. In addition to battling for the possession of the ball.
f) Commentatory was a bit improved.

DISLIKES:
a) I discovered a minor GLTICH, while the CPU was taking a free kick, i paused the game to look at the instant replay and when i unpaused it, the screen went black and the only thing i could see was the score display and the game was still going on. The screen went back to normal after i paused and unpaused the game.

b) A Player hesitates to recevie or get the ball when a lob pass is coming towards them or a stray pass . For example, i did a lob pass up field to Ibra and he was literally stuck to the defender (i was not able to move him away from the defender to try to get the ball when it first bounced , instead he just stood there waiting for the ball like a clown stuck to the defender) this happened some of the times.

c) I really don't like how the players line up outside the tunnel for when the match begins. That is so unrealistic, usually all the times players line up in the tunnel before they walk out onto the field. That presentation for FIFA 10 is a Joke!

FINAL THOUGHTS
I would have to say playing this demo made me feel very happy and everything David Rutter said about FIFA 10 was indeed true. In addition, the minor errors in the game that i have pointed out might not be in the actual FIFA 10, which would indeed make FIFA 10 the best Football game yet.

1) The defending,closes down better around the box for shots,with slides in front of the ball etc
2)Passes smoother,love the scramble in the box from corners.Defenders challenging to score headers as all the other fifas the defenders never score.
3) seems more authentic
etc.


Dislikes:
1)again not enough detail on numbers for Juventus,Barcelona and chelsea gk kit wrong colours.
2)Goalkeepers still dont seem to get sent off, i havent seen them dive at my feet when going round them
3) find the jostling a bit daft as i hardly won the ball from it and also quick players would usually burst past the defender who hasnt got the same speed attributes ie Ronaldo vs a slow defender like Paul McShane.

Hi there!
Im going to write only the bad things

- Please give GOALKEEPER 360?movement. Still running side step by step trying to catch a ball that goes by their side

- Please give us more control of Goalkeeper. If i want not to come out from goal?. And if i dont want GK goes up in a corner in last minutes ???

- In celebrations all players have the same height. See Ibra and Iniesta for example...

- I think lighting and atmosphere in the stadium and players needs an important improvement definetely. I'd like to see players totally integrated with the scenary

- When shooting from midfield the balls sometimes seems to go out of the stadium, it goes up and up and up like a cannon shot.

- Please SPLIT THE SCREEN VERTICALLY or CHANGE THE CAMERA to show Offsides where we can see the player who is passing but cant see player who is going to receive it !!! With a vertical split we 'd see in a side the player who is passing and in the other side the player who is going to receive the ball when all the scene cant enter on the screen

Likes:

- Commentary now continues during the pause menu / instant replay. Subtle, but nice fix
- Players actually tire now after sprinting a lot
- I'm probably the only one, but I like the depth of field effect. Makes me feel I'm there / it's on TV.

Dislikes:

I already posted a longer version of my dislikes here: My gripes with the demo but just to recap:

- The players are unresponsive
- The players chose to do, rushed clearance passes when not under pressure
- L2 / LT isn't useful at all. If anything it's counterproductive when defending.
- The ref blowing the whistle for every thow-in & corner gets annoying... fast.
- The players slow movement start needs to be skipable (ie. I should be able to do a quick dash without having to walk the first few steps)
- The goalies have huge problems with crosses.
