mpeg4 video format software for psp

Does any big brother know that if psp support 3gp format?
Also any good software that convert avi/mpeg1,2/rm/..etc  to mpg4??
any free try or full version to download?  Please give the link if possible.  Thanks a million!!!

the software will released at the same day that psp on stock
but it just a trail version, the official said the software is going to be released after dec12
dun worry, i can surely that the software is free for the psp user, but wht kind of formats u can extracct by that software, i have no clue
