Not necessarily packets but its some info I found while making my Easy Cheat code
This is for the in-built cheat system in GTA:CW
Not much but hey its a start for some of you guys
a0 = usually 08c1f970; This is what the routine is reading off of. Modifying this line to certain values is usually a direct result to whats going to happen
v0 = packet type; This is pretty major cause each cheat is processed and given a result value for example
armor is 00000200 and health is 00000020
You can log the rest to find out the info for each one
t0 = usually 00000800
t1 - t9 = DEADBEEF
Then the saved registers are usually the pointers a1 - a3 i've see are put to use for the text shit and etc.
