Next Call of Duty Confirmed for 2010
Activision committed to annualizing the popular shooter franchise.

While not exactly surprising, Activision confirmed that they are committed to turning Call of Duty into an annual franchise at today's Q4 conference call. We're calling it Call of Duty 7 for lack of an official name, but Activision unfortunately didn't share any details on the title's setting or time period. After pointing out that this year's profits were aided by the enormous success of Modern Warfare 2, the company noted they do not plan to see the same success with this year's installment. No kidding.
Though the next game in the series is still shrouded in mystery, we heard rumors regarding it as far back as last year. The game is unsurprisingly said to be helmed by Treyarch again, and may take place in Vietnam or Cuba. The announcement of a new title this year matches with word of a November release, so it's probably safe to say that we've been close to the mark so far.
大致的意思就是Activision 准备将COD搞成１年１作,然而Activision并没有怎么透露cod７的具体信息。
Activision又指出虽然COD Mw2带给了Activision很大的利润但是Activision下一代可能不会有mw２这么火～
COD7将会交给Treyarch制作～然而具体关于这个游戏是在什么年代和地方还不知道（有可能是在越南或是古巴）
