[求助]有关xbox360播视频的问题

我最近下了一个《钢铁侠2》的全高清预告片，编码是H.264，格式是MOV，放到360里就看不到，
但是我上着LIVE是又能播放，只要一下线再重启后有不行了！那是为什么？
我下了个《阿凡达》的1080p的预告片，上着LIVE都看不了，
