Can I get warranty for my new NDS(bought in ebay no receipt?

Hi, I want to ask about the WARRANTY of my Nintendo DS. It is new. I bought the system on ebay last week but the seller didn't give me any reciept or the reciept of store that he bought from. Therefore, can I still get the one year warranty for my Nintendo DS? Also, does it mean my warranty starts from the date that I purchased it from ebay? Thanks for your help and reply!

理论来说，你还是可以享受到正式保修以及售后服务的，只不过，日期是由那个卖给你的人当初的购机日期开始计算，而不是你从ebay购买的日期开始。

i suggest you buy a warranty from eb game store if you in us. there is no warranty for any NDS with out recipet. if you have any problem you can call the nintendo us for more information.

Bad luck!理论上是可以去换的吧？由此可见，买的时候还是自己在现场挑好才对。

i think yo do better call the nintendo US to find out the answer. the warranty is 24.99 for a year. you can buy it form any eb game store and register on internet or by phone.
