If you don't know the password, you'll have to choose the restore factory setting option. That will reset the password to what it was at the factory (usually either 0000 or 1234).
选择恢复到出厂设置，就会重置密码，恢复后，家长控制的默认出厂密码为0000或者1234，注意，这样你的其它所有设置也会被还原到出厂值

首先设置了家长监护以后,"重置到出厂"是灰的.
还有,密码是没有数字的,只是X Y LT LB RT RB 和十字方向组成的4位码.
PS.X Y LT X无用.
