问下良性技能效果叠加的问题

1.防御性效果，比如同时装备随机完全防御物理攻击，随机反击（完全回避），随机物理攻击吸收的情况下，角色受物理攻击而不会受伤的几率是翻了3倍还是某个固定概率？
即假设这三个技能单独装备的时候发动几率都是1%，那么同时装备的时候我角色不受伤的概率是1%+1%+1%=3%还是固定1%的技能发动几率，确定发动后再决定是发动哪种？

2.同时装备HP（或MP）上升各级别是会效果叠加的，那么魔法咏唱速度上升呢？

完全不必考虑太多防御。我什么反击啊。吸收都没装 。boss2回合的事情。 配合自动物防魔防，几乎打不动你。物理施法增益技能全装上就行了。
