前段时间风波闹的很大，到底BAN不BAN。微软表示对USB不对进行干扰，但改装过的SATA属于未经授权的第三方修改软件，微软可能禁止你的账户或访问权。以下是最新微软回复。。。

I see you wanted to use a modified hard drive on the Xbox console.

The use of devices that do not have the official logo is a violation of our Terms of Use, section 12, Service and Equipment. It states that:

You agree that you are using only authorized software and hardware to access the Service, that your software and hardware have not been modified in any unauthorized way (e.g., through unauthorized repairs, unauthorized upgrades, or unauthorized downloads), and that we have the right to send data, applications or other content to any software or hardware that you are using to access the Service for the express purpose of detecting an unauthorized modification.

Any attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, further sublicense, distribute, or use for other purposes the Service, any game, application, or other content available or accessible through the Service, or any hardware or software associated with the Service or with an original Xbox or Xbox 360 console is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your account and/or your ability to access the Service, and the pursuit of other legal remedies by Microsoft.

Microsoft may take any legal action it deems appropriate against users who violate Microsoft's systems or network security, this contract or any additional terms incorporated or referenced in this contract, and such users may also incur criminal or civil liability.

关于被BAN的同僚，你们使用的组装硬盘核心是西部数据还是别的硬盘 看见帖子希望回复一下。已统计，貌似西部数据的尚且没有被BAN的？我知道有2个日立的被BAN了

其实我很想问下,如果硬盘组装属于改装sata,那么手柄或者电源组装属于什么?
其实个人觉得主机是一个整体,外设是外设,只要不对主机进行改装,外设的问题根本不在ms的范畴中

7L,微软回复我的几次中只是表示 USB外接不干扰，但如果是非授权改装的他们有权这样做，不过其实我也觉得，外接外接，不是内部改装不能算侵权吧？这个是早期微软给我的回复。。。

As I understand you would like to know if you will be banned by using a 3rd party hard drive. I will definitely assist you with the information that you need to get to the resolution of this matter.
First, we have an Xbox 250GB hard drive that is compatible to your console. This is the hard drive that is available in the market right now.

Second, If you are using a 3rd party hard drive I would like to set your expectations that regardless of the size of the 3rd party hard drive, the console will still read it as USb flash drive reading only up to 16GB of its size. Furthermore if a product does not display one of these logos, it has not been tested or approved for use on the Xbox 360 Video Game System. Microsoft cannot guarantee the quality or the compatibility of unlicensed products to be used with the Xbox 360 Video Game System.

The Xbox 360 Video Game System supports many kinds of accessories. Companies other than Microsoft manufacture or distribute some of these devices. Microsoft refers to these companies as third-party manufacturers or publishers. If you use third-party accessories, make sure that you use only Xbox-compatible products or official Xbox-licensed products.

Xbox-licensed products contain one of the following official logos on the package . First Party Published (1PP) items for the Xbox 360 contain the following logo on the package:
