[分享]关于随碟附送Bonus的问题 ，R星官方已解决

前几天新买的大表哥，随碟附送Bonus和Soundtrack。

1、昨晚在游戏内按[三角]输入那个16位Rstar code，但是试了很多次都是[Failed to connect to Rstar unlock server, please try again later]，我大概隔5分钟的频率又试了三次，不行，又以隔2小时的频率试了两次，还是不行，用美服PSN和港服PSN进入游戏输入也都不行，登入RDR官网一开始是error，后来官网正常，给Rstar support写信也没有具体回应；

2、随碟附送还有个Soundtrack，先是在PS3内浏览提示的网页去尝试下载，结果页面提示需要输入年龄却没法输入，转去PC倒腾，成功输入16位Unique code后提示收mail，用PS3查mail box并根据提示的url点击尝试下载，结果PS3提示选择储存设备，但没有选项，又转到PC尝试下载，第一次点击Url弹出php的保存文件，没有保存，第二次点击Url就已经提示soundtrack已经下载，可是没有下载成功呐，又给Rstar support写信去，还是没有消息。

看看各位坛友们是否有出现过类似情况，请教该如何能使用上那个Bonus，谢谢。

P.S. ：本人电信12M，应该与网络没有关系。

两天过后，R星官方回帖要求扫描code卡片，并附上PSN ID、邮箱。我按要求给R星再发一次邮件，R星最终给出以下处理方法：

Sorry about the server problem.

We have unlocked the items manually for your account and they will show up the next time you load your game while connected to the Internet.

Regarding the soundtrack code, we have reset it so you can try again. Please make sure pop-up blockers are off and maybe this time copy and paste the link from your email into the browser.

果然登录PSN后进入游戏，DLC列里面已有bonus的三样，而且也成功下载好了soundtrack。

该用户已被禁言

同样的问题，等知道的来解答
