Yes, you can exploit any console. You won't be 'JTAGing' your console in any way, you'll be exploiting it using an ICB method. You won't be running a rebooter either, just running a modified dash. For anyone interested, the modified dash has been finished for a good week or more now but hasn't been released. You might be waiting a while or maybe just not getting one, after all, LibXenon promotes legal homebrew development, NOT piracy, which from the sounds of it, is all OP wants his console for. Not releasing this dashboard would prevent the piracy because everyone wanting it will be too stupid to make one for themselves, yet the people smart enough to make their own are also smart enough to keep it to themselves.

你是自制元老级别的玩家，居然说话这么不稳重，这个帖子从开始到现在都是针对楼主的想法发表自己的言论
你也不用针对回帖者的言论，发表你自己的想法吧。现在说得这些东西都是猜测，不是比谁更懂自制，OK？
