想从正，但主机被BAN,正在给微软发信，碰碰运气

想从正，LIVE玩GOW3和***2等大作，但主机前几天连live发现被BAN了，不知道是什么时候BAN的，碰碰运气和微软的客服联系一下，看看能不能改邪归正。。英语不好，沟通有点难度呀，附上今天客服给我发的邮件内容，有点忽悠的成份

As I understand, your console is banned from Xbox LIVE and you want to know why. If I have misunderstood your query, please let me know.

I am sorry to hear that this has happened. To protect the Xbox LIVE service and Xbox LIVE members, we do not provide details about a specific console banning. Microsoft will not ban a console without overwhelming evidence that the console was used to violate the Code of Conduct or the Terms of Use. 意思就是，我（回复邮件那个仁兄）理解你被ban了，发邮件是来问为什么。
然而根据我们的规定，是不能告诉你被BAN的详细原因的。
你要知道，我们只有在有充足明确的证据证明某机器被用于违反使用规定的用途的时候才会BAn机。
我们BAn机团队对每个BAN都非常重视，保证不会误BAN，（所以你问也没用，肯定是你自己的毛病）
