gamestop refuesed to let me exchange my dead pixel PSP today. #_#
I feel strongly disappointed. They told me that Sony told them not to exchange PSP to the customer for dead pixel and have the customer contact them.
When I arrive the gamestop this morning, the gamestop worker asked me how many deadl pixel do I have on my PSP. Then, I told him I got six and one is clearly to see on the middle of screen. He told me that I must at least having 6 dead pixel (10%) inorder to exchange. I was so mad. I was thinking what is the different between 6 and 10 pixels. It is still annoying anyway. Finally, the gamestop gave me the Sony phone number and ask me to tell them the situation. They says they don't know when will the the PSP has stock.
Sigh. I don't think Sony will let me to exchange. The gamestop warranty doesn't cover the dead pixel problem. Feeling so bad!
In conclusion: Does anyone knows??
1) Can I get full refund from Gamestop even the PSP is used(box opened)?
2) Is it the US law that gamestop must let customer to get refund within 7 days(not sure how many day)?
2) Sony they help me to do the replacement?
3) What happend if they both don't respon to me for exchange?
Please give me some suggestions! Thanks a million!!
