看我给EA发的信的回复 我还没看懂什么意思

前段时间一直掉线 我郁闷了 就给EA发了一封信,我英语不咋地,憋了几行字发过去一周后收到如下回复,我看了下貌似都是客套话,转到另外一个部门,然后邮箱里面收到一个链接要我给他们的客服做评价。。

About 10 to 20 minutes it would lose conection to the ea servers,I love Team Play,but when i select quick match in team play,if unable to find game room at below side has a Y Button mean find Available Match,Ok,I am Press Y, then i would find some game match ,but when i join it what i'm select,the Console is Crash.
