3red appear and can't enter xell system

I have problems appear after finished the 3) step ....as below:

1)Now we need to write this ECC file to your XBOX360 so you can get your CPU KEY.

Back to CMD window, For console with 16MB nand Falcon type in: nandpro usb: +w16 image_0000000.ecc

2)Plug in the XBOX360 power supply and connect to your TV by using AV or HDMI cable.

3)Turn-On your XBOX360, it should boot into XELL within a minute, depends on your console and wiring.

Then, I found no screen appear on the TV after using HDMI cable connecting and 3 reds appear on xbox light, what can I do then? Is it becuause of the wiring?

Are you performing RGH on a Falcon mobo ?
CPU_PLL_Bypass wire  and CPU_RST wire are very important when RGHing a FAT XB360.
CPU_PLL_Bypass wire length must be above 30cm,even 50cm.
CPU_RST wire  must avoid this area on FAT:

you also can use the coax wire(type: RG-174) :


Be sure you hear the Resets (Power supply giving a high pitched sound, Fans slowing down around each 5 seconds)
Or solder a LED between pin27 and GND, it will flash on every 5 seconds if the modchip is working normally.

可是我的脉冲 除了f点没电压。 其他全部正常 。ecc问题还是脉冲版问题呢

蓝板？
在保证F点焊接完好的前提下，F点没电压就还是走线的问题。
焊个led在pin27和GND之间，如果F点没电压，同时led常亮，那么调节F点长度，从50cm开始减长度，同时靠近脉冲板一侧打几个圈圈，还要在F点和GND间加电容，680pf（标示为681），470pf（标示471），47nf（标示473），68nf（标示683）都要试试。
