2012.04.10 Update to MLO issues
We would like to inform our customers that we were able to successfully identify all customers who were affected by the previously reported issue of receiving no gate receipts during the competition held between 09:00-17:00 on 03/04/2012 (UTC)
The appropriate gate receipts have been added to the balance of all affected customers along with a personal message during regular maintenance held between 06:00-09:00 on 10/04/2012 (UTC)
We would like to apologise for all inconveniences and confusion this matter has caused.
