8.0 Presentation
Odd yet very well told story, with great CG cutscenes and great voice acting therein.
6.0 Graphics
Some enemies look pretty good, but the visuals are overly repetitive and don't offer much in the way of geometric detail. Animation is nice all around, however.
8.0 Sound
Sound effects and such are reasonable, though not outstanding by any means, though the soundtrack is great.
7.5 Gameplay
The battles can be fun, and the Innocent Devil and weapon management is nice, but the environments are very uninspiring, and you're constantly running down boring hallway #216.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
Die-hard fans may have a second go, but most gamers will finish it and be done. It's reasonably lengthy, however.
