这台二手jtag自制能不能买？No KEYVAULT

一个老外出他的jtag自制，描述中有这么一句：No KEYVAULT (BANNED) - just get a new one and type it in

这是什么意思？没有kv.bin吗？也不能再提取出kv.bin了？那也后也不能升级系统版本了吗？

他也没有备份原始NAND和CPUkey。这台机子能不能买啊？如果升不了级新游戏就不能玩了吗？

Jasper Motherboard
-HDMI
-All types of reboots work on it
XBReboot booter
Clamps to prevent red ring
No fuse so if you do screw it up by updating, it will not blow. you can still play like a normal xbox

Harddrive:
Title updates installed for MW2
MW2 with 10 patches to be applied
XEXMENU IS INSTALLED
Formated with no updates

If you have a bigger hard drive that you would like me to format for the jtag, i can do that and install MW2, Black ops, and GTA hacked
This xbox has ran a lobby for over 60 hours

谢谢。 那我升级要不要用到keyvalue？怎么得到啊？需要焊接什么的话我做不了啊。
