读取了nand，校对正常，无法合成ecc什么原因

我直接写入了ecc显示done，但是之前没有合成。现在进不去xell一直在蜂鸣

读取nand之后合成的按钮是灰色的这个没有关系吗？现在不需要合成ecc了吗？
