美亚直邮购买的ps4我星期一就收到了,心高采烈的回家并且请假三天,晚上吃完饭开机不能,试了各种方法,尝试了7个小时,几百次都有了,毫无反应。到论坛发发牢骚却因为没心情截图被删贴了,最近假消息太多了,所以也不怪删我帖子的人。(有心情上图的时候帖子居然被删了,差点爆口粗了)
当我郁闷的第二天大清早,我好友地沟油叫我看帖子,说是有论坛的兄弟说可以换机器。(前一天晚上联系一个客服说没货,只能退,不能换,心都碎了)马上按照帖子的方法找到客服,每天花两小时以上去骚扰客服,最后昨天晚上亚马逊成立了一个ps4***团队,凡是有此类问题的都会帮你转到专门负责ps4严重故障的团队手里。就在昨天软磨硬泡了客服两个小时,今天收到收到更换ps4的邮件了,马上填好信息发送,之后的事情我都不解释了,请看图片吧!(多亏了亚马逊叼炸天的服务,我又能当一个索饭了,最后想说一句,你机器没问题不代表别人没问题,当然你机器有问题也不代表故障率怎么怎么样。我只想说只要有强大的售后服务,一切都不是问题!)
最新更新,我的ps4已经发货了,最快这个星期六就可以拿到。还有担心换货邮费问题的朋友可以安心了,亚马逊会给你下个订单,寄个空包装给你,到时候你把有问题的机器退回给他们就行了。下面贴上我收到的邮件全文,图片中的第二个订单应该就是寄的空盒子!!!

Unfortunately the replacement we have to send includes only the console, one controller, the standard cables, and standard accessories. Since it doesn't include any additional games or controllers that were part of the bundle, please keep that part of your original shipment.
Please return the original console using the return mailing label that can be printed using the instructions below:

2. Click "Manage Returns."
3. Find your original PlayStation 4 order.
4. Click "Print Mailing Label" next to that order.
We must receive your return of the original item within 30 days. If we don't receive the return by December 19, 2013, we'll charge your original payment method for the cost of the new item that we ship.

If you have a broken PS4 from amazon, do this.
Go to amazon website, find your order number for the defective ps4.
Then click scroll down to where it says "Let us help you" on the right side any amazon page. Click "Help"
Then click the yellow "Contact us" button on the middle of the right side of the page.
Or just click this link " https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ "
Select your order,
Tell Us about your Issue - Select an issue - "Returns and refunds"
Select Issue Details: - "Other Return and refund issue"
Then Click on Chat or Phone if you prefer.
You can copy and paste the following to start a conversation in the right direction.
"I was told you had a special replacement and return policy for broken PlayStation 4's. I would like to make sure mine is a part of that replacement policy."

Details:
Because amazon had so many complaints about broken ps4's the have created a special return policy
to dealwith the returns and keep their customers happy.
As far as I can tell on Nov 17th someone in amazon issued this new policy in a form of an alert.
Amazon, will send you a replacement as soon as they get one in-stock. First come, first served. They will send you the replacement and you can send back your old broken ps4 in the box that the new one came in. You can wait until you have made sure the new replacement is working before you send it back. They won't charge you for the replacement. But you must send the broken one back.
You will receive a confirmation email in 2-3 days when they get a ps4 instock and ready to ship (could take several business days...she said might be closer to Friday). I urge anyone having this issue to contact Amazon and have them get this process going....I've been through this with Sony service for my PS3 and it became a nightmare later when the replacement unit did not have the same serial # as the original box and invoice....get a new one..Amazon is not requiring you to ship the old one back until you are 100 percent satisfied and have the working unit in your living room.
After you talk with them you should show a free replacment PS4 under your
oders tab in amazon. See pic below.

If you amazon rep is unaware of this policy, have them check with a manager
or ask to be transfered.
Also amazon seems to be giving a credit to some people who have sent their console to Sony for repairs.
Please double check the return policy details that are posted here with your amazon customer service rep just to make sure. |
