I really dont recommend going higher then a mouse speed of 3. You can edit the file from outside psp by going to
\PSP-OSS\SYSTEM\CONFIG\MOUSE_S PEED.cfg
open it in notepad and change the number to “1″
建议鼠标速度设定为 1

文件虽然只有十多兆，但是由于小文件非常多，在 FAT 格式下需要占用三十多兆的空间！
