Rumor: GameStop lists Bayonetta 2 for May 1st
Wii U exclusive Bayonetta 2 has been given a release date of May 1st by GameStop.
Wii U exclusive Bayonetta 2 has been given a release date of May 1st on the GameStop website. This is the first “semi-official” release date announcement for the game so far, as publisher Platinum Games has yet to reveal an official release date.
This isn’t the first time that GameStop has “leaked” a game’s release date before the publisher has officially announced it. These early release date announcements have been known to be right before, although on other occasions they have been known to be wrong. Oftentimes when dates get listed like this they turn out to be placeholder dates, rather then accidental leaks.
Platinum Games has yet to comment on the date GameStop has listed; although they have recently mentioned that they’re tired of people begging for ports to other systems.

继上一次泄露《任天堂全明星大乱斗U》的发售日期后，这一次在GS的预售网页上赫然又出现另一款作品《猎天使魔女2》的上架日期：2014年5月1号，这已经不是GS第一次在发行商确定游戏正式发卖日期前透露游戏的发售时间了。
直至现在，白金工作室依然没有对GS确定的日期发表任何评论，他们只是提到已经十分厌倦了游戏跨平台的要求和看法。
