Since that post is lock, i will say it here then.
Put aside those ***ural stuff that you said towards the end, so let's not talk about race here. interms of your perspective of games. I do agree with you to an extend American/Europe players and Japanese, more like south east asian players, seems to have total perference towards video games. Even if a game is a big hit among the south east asian players, it doesn't mean that players in different areas are going to like it as well.
I myself live in North America, I can say that out of 10 of my friends who plays games, only 3 of them plays TV games; among those 3, 2 of them plays US style games and only 1 plays JP style games. I would say 8 out of 10 of them don't really care what really is going on with PS3, I'm not saying PS3 is not good, it's just that many of my friends have no interest in something that still haven't reveal itself. I think that this is something that shows a big difference between North America/Europe players (may be not Europe, since i don't really know what's happening in Europe) and South Eath Asia players. (Here I'm ONLY using ME AND MY FRIENDS as example, it doesn't represent EVERYONE, I know a lot of people will try to pick on what im saying)
PS. I know that 95% of people in A9 will just ignore what I said since it is all in english, but I said what I want and thats good enough for me. |
