关于英亚没有发货的朋友

我是10.13的预定的 由于银行问题第一次11月9日没能成功扣款 今早4点扣款成功 但是发货日期显示延迟了一天。刚刚去和客服沟通之后说最晚可能要14号才会再次发货（不排除会稍早）
