Graphical fidelity is a match between the PS4 and Xbox One, however there are resolution differences.
Solid performance is seen on all three platforms other than slight frame pacing issues on the PS4 and Xbox One which are "seemingly reduced" on the PS4 Pro in Low Quality Mode.
PS4 Pro High Quality Mode Differences:
Higher rendering resolution alongside shadows and textures.
Greater draw distance and increased foliage density along with better anisotropic filtering.
PS4 Pro Low Quality Mode is equivalent to the PS4 version, however it has reduced frame pacing issues.
Resolutions and frame-rate
PS4 - 30 fps.
Featuring a dynamic resolution of 1600x900p - 1920x1080p, slight frame pacing issues.
Xbox One - 30 fps.
Featuring a dynamic resolution of 1371x771 - 1600x900p, slight frame pacing issues here as-well.
(Vertical and horizontal differences seen on the Xbox One such as: 1334x810 and 1536x771).
PS4 Pro - 30 fps and appears to be 3200x1800 checkerboard rendered to 4K, it may also utilize dynamic resolution scaling.
Frame pacing issues are reduced in Low Quality Mode in comparison to the PS4 and Xbox One.
