I'm sorry to hear that your order #205-6984048-6289157 didn't arrive.
I understand your concern that you would like to have refund for this order.
I've requested a rest of the refund of £299.06.
When the refund is completed in our system, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know the date, amount and payment details. You can see information about completed refunds in ‘Your Account’ once you've received a confirmation e-mail from us. Once your refund has been completed by us, please allow your bank between 5-7 business days to process it.
Completed refunds information can be viewed in Your Account once you've received a confirmation e-mail from us. You can view completed refunds in Your Orders, https://www.amazon.co.uk/your-orders, by selecting "Order Details".
If the parcel arrives afterwards and you don't want to keep it, please refuse the delivery and the carrier will return it to us. Or, if the parcel arrives afterwards and you do want to keep it, let us know and we’ll recharge your payment card.
Please accept my apologies for this situation. I can see that you relied on us to deliver your previous order in time for you, and clearly we have let you down.
