Please accept my apologies for this situation. I can see that you relied on us to deliver this order in time for you, and clearly we have let you down.
Following your message, It appears that the delivery of your order 406-7417280-9704144 does not go as planned. Your package should have been sent by Apex, however, it seems to have been taken over by another carrier. We are unfortunately not able to provide further information regarding this delivery yet.
Given the volume of parcels that we daily give to our carriers, it can happen, in rare cases, that it occurs. We are sincerely sorry.
In such cases, we’re happy to send you a new replacement. However, I’m sorry to inform you that the item is no longer available on our site. We’re therefore not able to replace it for you. |
