Before my explanation, I would like to state that my implementation is not the so-called "jailbreak", more specific, it is just a way of validation for digital version of games which utilizes a mathematic method within certain scope.

First of all, the system is still the true PS4 system without any changes or destruction to the integrity of the official PS4 system. Therefore I have no worry about the legal perspective, at least not in my country.

Secondly, both the amount and the types of the games which you can run are limited. Moreover, what I have provided is only the way of validation for the digital version of the games. The acquisition and the distribution of the game are the responsibilities of the seller and hosts of the machine based on their own decision and behaviour. I have nothing to do with it and therefore I don’t bear any responsibilities and legal liabilities about their decisions and their behaviours.

Thirdly, by using my method, you may be able to provide your customers with some free games connecting to the host, you may be able to increase your sales and promote your system. However, the official games on BD-ROM can still be purchased and used normally. At any point of time, if the users decide to give up the free game, they can easily delete their existing user accounts and free games from their system. There is absolutely no impact on the normal use of their PS4.

Fourthly, this approach of “certification and validation for games" made possible through a long period of hard work, with up a whole year of continuous development and testing. The major technical breakthrough was contributed by two of my Chinese partners. I am so proud of them. Even though I could not specify their names, I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to them and show them my most sincere gratitude.

Fifthly, in last two days, I have heard a lot of negative comments and criticisms from some of the Chinese game industry sales staff. These are very ridiculous comments. Without even seeing my product, without trying to look at the features or doing any testing themselves, they quickly jumped to the conclusion and started to criticize me and my method. I feel both of my efforts and myself are not being respected. And this is the reason that I can’t help writing my statement here to voice my opinion and tell you the truth.

Last but not least, I started the sale of IC in other countries since three months ago. Both the buyers and the users are very objective since they clearly understand this is just a way to increase their sales and promote new products. Nothing else was going on and they were still focusing on their sale of PS4 silently. However, for some reason, it is so different only in China. Therefore it is the time to say goodbye since I have decided to give up this weird market and these strange people. Goodbye, I will only leave two ICs to my Chinese friends (since this is what they deserved). From now on, I will not help the Chinese businessmen to promote new products any more. Arrogant Chinese businessmen, please feel free to continue playing your own game!

那么就按照这份声明所说的方法来看，你从索尼花一份的钱买来一款游戏，通过此人的一种特殊的数字验证方式可以复制x份然后低价卖给x个人。
结果就是游戏厂商收到了一份产品的利润，而市场上出现了x份游戏。

好个美其名曰没有破坏官方完整性，嘛这个确实没破坏硬件本身，破坏的是市场罢了。


而且我没明白这个所谓的just a way to increase their sales and promote new products，增加销售量卖的不是ps4？宣传新产品宣传的不是ps4游戏？
作为一个零售业者你再怎么宣传销售卖的不是生产厂家制造出来的东西？不然怎么着，走路过路过不要错过啊，我家卖破解的ps4啊，所以大家尝一尝我家祖传的煎饼果子吧，这样？

再怎么吹逼到最后也是卖的别人的劳动成果，还是说卖两份神海4偷一份生化7这事儿就能抹平了？

这个对国内JS是有用的，因为他们可以把手上被办的主机卖出去，黑卡机不在自己手里，他们不必承担不必要的风险，相反，承担风险的是那些买“假破解”机子的玩家所以买这种机子的只有两类人，1，想要保留低系统机子，等待破解之日。2，纯粹贪小便宜的萌新或***。
