The first supposed clue is that the actress can speak both French and German, as well as English, and the setting from the second trailer hints at France with the World War 2 era utility poles, and German being the spoken language that can be heard as the soldiers pass over the bridge. The link is somewhat tenuous but the actress would be more than capable of speaking either of these languages.

Yong has done a bit of sleuthing and found a photo of Kojima, his assistant, Norman Reedus, and Diane Kruger hanging out, which makes him think Kruger is the actress Kojima was referring to.

Yong adds that Kruger uploaded a photo of the trio to her Instagram account, calling the two men "legends," the implication being that she has worked with Kojima as well as Akin, who directed Kruger in her new film In the Fade.
