In Ace Combat 6, players will experience a full-scale living battlefield where multiple battles will be taking place at one time…These battles are depicted from multiple characters’ points of view.

Here is an introduction to some of these main characters…both soldiers and civilians…All of their stories become intertwined in the story of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation

Melissa Herman (32 Years old)
梅利莎·赫尔曼（32岁）
She has been brought up in a wealthy family and married to a pilot of REA (Republic of Emmeria Air Force). She has been slightly bothered by the lack of time her husband has for her, but she has led a peaceful and happy life in a rich neighborhood in Gracemeria, a capital of Republic of Emmeria, until a sudden aerial bombing takes her away from her daughter.
她生于一个富有的家庭，嫁给了REA（伊美瑞亚共和国空军）的一个飞行员。她对丈夫缺少陪伴她的时间多少有些烦心，但是她依然在格瑞斯美瑞亚——伊美瑞亚共和国的一个富有社区里过着平和而开心的生活，直到突然的空袭把她和自己的女儿分开为止。
Matilda Herman (9 years old)
玛蒂尔达·赫尔曼 （9岁）
Melissa’s only daughter. In contrast to her mother who is like a princess, Matilda is vital and active. Although she has her bratty moments, she has a strong relationship with her mother, Melissa. She gets caught in the war on her way to the school field trip.
梅利莎唯一的女儿，对比她那像小公主的母亲，玛蒂尔达既活泼又好动。虽然她也有属于自己的叛逆期，但她依然和自己的母亲——梅利莎感情很好。她在去学校参加修学旅行的时候被卷入了战争。
Lt. Colonel Victor Voychek (41 years old)
维克托·沃塞克中校（41岁）
Ex- Leader of the Strigon team, an elite team in the Estovakia Air Force (EAF). He got bombed over Gracemeria and hurt his leg. Because of his injury, he was assigned a ground mission as an intelligence officer. He has kept his love for the skies since it was his home. He is a soldier that takes his military duties seriously but he also cares about the opponent civilians, which shows how thoughtful he is.

A few other characters include Sergeant Louis McKnight, Sergeant Donnie Torch and Sergeant Kevin Hobsbawm. After Estovakia’s hit-and-run invasion, they remain in the attacked area to buy some time for civilians to evacuate. They are the only survivors out of their unit. McKnight is the central figure of the three. He is placed in the *** regiment for the second time and he is tired of war. But one day, Torch’s comment gives him an idea. He is easy-going and optimistic and has the talent to make spot decisions. That is something that makes him an excellent soldier who can survive in combat.
