Asari ------- You automatically get it right after your first encounter with the Council.
Salarians -- You automatically get it right after your first encounter with the Council.
Turians ---- You automatically get it at the start of the game.
Non-Council Races (8):
Batarians -- Talk to Captain Anderson when he gives you the ship right before you leave the Citadel.
Elcar ------- Talk to the Elcar in the room next to the Human Embassy (the Elcar behind the desk).
Geth ------- 当第一次在Eden Prime遇到Ashley时询问.
Hanar ------ Talk to the Hanar being harrassed by the C-Sec Officer or the Hanar that runs the store.
Keepers --- Talk to guy scanning one (第一次议会接见) or talk to Avina 2号终端.
Kragan ---- Talk to the Volus that works as an agent of the Shadowbroker.
Quarians -- Talk to Medical Woman in Citadel Medbay.
Volus ------ Talk to the Volus in the room next to the Human Embassy that you start out in the Citidel.
Extinct Races (2):
Protheans - 第一次讨论 还没到达Eden Prime之前询问安德森.
Rachni ----- Talk to Avina Terminal #3 (the one in front of the Kragan Statue).
